The selection procedure is divided into two steps:

First Step

All member national sports associations of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) will be invited to put up nomination. The nomination procedure of each sport will be entirely up to the respective national sports association.

Second Step

All nominations will be voted by different parties to select the winners.
